Delivery
At HG1 Communications, we like to be working with our clients right from the start.
If you have an event and function coming up, we strongly recommend that you contact us as early as possible in the planning stage as it can help you save time and money.
In the run-up to the start of the event, we travel to the location, set up, and test the equipment we are providing for you, making any necessary last-minute adjustments.
And of course, we will be there to pack it down afterwards quickly and efficiently.

Aftercare
We also monitor how the equipment is working on the day and technical staff will always be available either on site or at the end of a phone if needed.
Our involvement does not have to end when the event is over.
